Yappy changelog
Yappy updates itself in place from a signed appcast, verified against the publisher's Apple team ID before anything is installed. The current release is always available as JSON:

Fixes for a fresh install: the practice screen now catches your first dictation, and the Screen Recording step puts Yappy in System Settings' list so there is actually a switch to flip.

Credential identity fix. The account key is now bound to the Google account it was minted for, sign-out clears it along with the cached entitlement, and an unstamped credential is settled against the server's answer rather than adopted on a guess. Shipped an hour after 0.4.16 because the failure mode was acting as somebody else.

The managed agent engine: a turn can run without Claude Code. Also the keycap onboarding, and two fixes the first live turns exposed — the [DONE] sentinel that failed a finished turn, and the workspace only the CLI path was creating.
